URGENT: Cannot access server files or console, possible data loss

Hello, I can no longer access my server console. It says: "Failed to connect to server console." The file manager also shows: "Failed to load files" and "Failed to open folder." My server contains very important data and I am worried that all files may have been lost. Could a staff member please check if the container or disk is corrupted and whether my files can be recovered? This is urgent because the data is extremely important I have attached screenshots showing the errors. This happened suddenly, and I did not intentionally delete any files. Please let me know if the data can be recovered.
