How can I request a ip:port change

I need a ip and port change/reset to let my discord bot work properly, it doesnt work now with the ones i got. Please help, in this new community forum nobody can actually help I think but since they removed discord support I cant do anything else. Help.

Hello, Wispbyte doesn't provide an IP:Port change, you will need to adapt your code to make sure it works with our hosting.
