How to Refund Server

I received the invoice on September 1st, and since it was said to be automatically processed on September 7th, I decided not to use it anymore, but the server cancellation button didn't appear, and it was said to take a year to end. I've booked tickets twice since September 1st. But it didn't came. I want to refund the server I didn't used server after paid
