My Discord bot keeps getting rate limited — I need it 24/7

My client needs this bot on 24/7 for his server. He has 40k+ members, and cannot have this bot offline. The past 3 days, the bot has been offline for over 48h 54h. I was hoping we can move my node "FREE EU RO 42" to another node that is not getting rate limited. I need my node moved if possible, asap.
