Unable to Find Environment Variables on Wispbyte Server

Posted by user_7wz2hw in discord-bots.

Hi! I’m setting up a Discord.js bot on my Wispbyte Node.js server. My bot requires an environment variable called DISCORD TOKEN, but I cannot find the Environment Variables or Server Configuration section in my Startup page. The only options at the bottom are Git Username, Git Access Token and Uninstall Node Packages. Could you help me enable or locate environment variables for my server? Thank you!

If Startup only shows Git fields, this server’s current configuration doesn’t expose a custom field. You can load it from a file instead: 1. Create in the server’s root folder and add (don’t share or commit this file). 2. Install through or Startup’s Node packages. 3. Load it before your bot code: (or ), then use . See the security guide for handling secrets.
