A telegram bot is running on my host, and after launching, there were errors installing aiosqlite due to an Internet connection. I fixed it through another mirror, after that I tried to run it again, after that I got an error in the console that there was no connection to Telegram. As I understand it, the DNS server or the Internet crashed on the tariffs. [12:13:28] Telegram unavailable (TelegramNetworkError)
