Bot stuck connecting to Discord gateway on PREMIUM-CA-EAST-BHS-03

My Node.js (discord.js) bot connects and logs in fine when I run it on my PC with the same token and code, but on my Wispbyte server it hangs forever at: [debug] Preparing to connect to the gateway... No error is thrown, client never becomes ready (checked with a 30s timeout and client.isReady()). I already opened a support ticket about this but haven't gotten a staff reply yet. Is outbound WebSocket to gateway.discord.gg blocked or rate limited on some nodes? Could a staff member help me move to another node if needed?

Because the same code and token work locally, this points to a connection issue between the server and Discord’s gateway, rather than a bot code problem. A Discord IP rate limit is one possibility, but the hang alone doesn’t confirm it. 1. Avoid repeated restarts; they won’t clear an active rate limit. 2. Reply to your existing ticket with the node name ( ), support tag, timestamp, and console output from startup. Ask support to check gateway WebSocket connectivity and any IP rate limit. Premium users can request an IP replacement if a rate limit is confirmed. More on Discord rate limits: https://wispbyte.com/kb/discord rate limits
