Bot blocked by Discord "exceeding global rate limits" – shared IP? Please move node / dedicated IP

Hi, my Discord bot (server "Villagegames") keeps getting temporarily blocked by Discord with: "You are being blocked from accessing our API temporarily due to exceeding global rate limits". My bot runs a single instance and its library caps requests at 50/s, so I believe the shared IP of my node is being rate limited by other bots. Could you please move my server to a different node or give me a dedicated IP? I have an event tomorrow. Thank you. ⛔ DISCORD CI RIFIUTA: 429 — TROPPE RICHIESTE. Discord dice: "You are being blocked from accessing our API temporarily due to exceeding global rate limits." Single bot instance, discord.js v14.27.0 (capped at 50 req/s). Blocked 3 times tonight ( 1, 33 and 43 minutes) with very low bot activity.

This looks like Discord rate limiting the shared outbound IP, which can affect your bot even if its own request rate is low. Repeated restarts won’t clear the block and may prolong it. 1. Wait for the rate limit to expire; avoid restarting while it’s active. 2. Since this is a premium server, open a ticket with the node name and the error details and ask about an IPv4 replacement: https://wispbyte.com/client/tickets More on shared IP rate limits: https://wispbyte.com/kb/discord rate limits
