Question about Premium Server

Hello i got question (how unexcepted xD). But i had server (premium) that run game. I am from Europe, location of server is Canada, it leads to ping around 200 ms and in situation when i needed game to had ping to 100 ms (maximal) it is little limiting. Is there way to ask for move that server (i am okay with completely reset server, but still to had premium because i am using two ports + env + subdomens)to Romania / Germany and had thanks of it lower ping to server?
