when i start the server it shows missing packages. I added and saved the dotnev package but still it shows the same error.

When I start the server, it reports that some packages are missing. I added dotenv to package.json and saved the changes also added to startup options, but the server still shows the same "missing packages" error. Could you explain why this is happening and how to fix it?
