Server stuck on "Connecting to console" – FREE-EU-RO-46

Hello, My free server "ROASTER" is stuck on: "Connecting to console..." "Reconnecting to console... Your server is still running." Server information: Node: FREE EU RO 46 Support tag: 75aca5d4 Address: 78.154.103.51:9998 Uptime, CPU Load, Memory and Disk all show "Offline". I already tried restarting the server and starting it again, but the problem remains. The Discord bot appears online, but the bot scheduler is not working and scheduled notifications are not being sent. Could you please check the node/container and restore access to the server console? Thank you.
