HELP Mee

There are no .npm or node modules folders visible in my Wispbyte File Manager, so I cannot delete them. I have already tried changing the npm cache to /tmp/vyntra npm cache, but npm now fails with: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/home/container/node modules' Could you please check the ownership and write permissions of /home/container for my container user? Also, please tell me the node name and support tag associated with my server so I can provide them if needed.

means npm can’t write to ; changing the cache path won’t fix that. You don’t need to delete folders that aren’t present. 1. In Startup , select Reset to Default , save, then restart once. A custom startup command can skip the normal install setup. 2. If it still fails, post the full console output from pressing Start until it stops, plus the node name and support tag shown beside the console. Don’t include tokens or secrets. See Startup Settings.
