No space left on device when I used less than 1/10 of my server storage

My discord bot is not working anymore as all of the features are using json logging, and for a few hours, my bot was unresponsive and members have seen their data being reseted. After checking the console I had the errors below (i have only shown for the level system but its that for every cog). I do not understand why I am getting this error as I only use 65mb out of 1024mb so I should have tons of space left. I am using the node FREE EU RO 33

What node are you on? You can locate that under the console. Something like FREE EU RO
