HTTP 429 — Too Many Requests (Cloudflare Error 1015)

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Python Discord bot hosted on your service. The bot is running normally, and some slash commands work without issues. However, commands that use consistently fail with: HTTP 429 — Too Many Requests (Cloudflare Error 1015) The error indicates that requests to are being temporarily rate limited by Cloudflare. Server Information: Node: FREE EU RO 01 Server Address: 78.154.103.6:15811 Domain: ciga api.wisp.uno Support Tag: 9ee30766 Latest Error Details: Date: October 26, 2026 Time: 09:39:13 UTC Cloudflare Ray ID: a5087e1a7b8b0b2b The bot has been running successfully for over 33 days before these issues started appearing. I have also tested Discord's public API from my personal computer, and it returned HTTP 200 without any issues. Could you please check: 1. Whether my server's outbound IP address is shared with other customers. 2. Whether that outbound IP is currently being rate limited or temporarily restricted by Discord/Cloudflare. 3. Whether there are any network restrictions or issues affecting requests to Discord's API. 4. Whether this could be caused by other services sharing the same outbound IP address. I would appreciate your help identifying the cause, as I would prefer not to modify my bot's code unnecessarily. Thank you!

This looks like Cloudflare rate limiting the shared outbound IP used by free servers on the node, rather than a problem specific to or your bot. Testing from your computer uses a different IP, so a successful request there doesn’t rule this out. 1. Stop restarting the bot while the limit is active; repeated retries can prolong it. 2. Wait for the limit to clear. If your logs include or , use that to estimate how long. 3. If it’s still happening after 24 hours, post an update with the node name and a sanitized error excerpt.
