Custom Environment Variable Not Available in Node.js

Hi I added a server variable named TELEGRAM BOT TOKEN, but my Node.js process still sees it as empty. The app runs /home/container/index.js and exits with Set TELEGRAM BOT TOKEN in the host secrets. Which server setting injects custom variables into process.env?
