Hi, my Java Discord bot hosted on Wispbyte repeatedly encounters this JDA error: This also happened with my previous bot JAR. Java 21 starts successfully and the SQLite database initializes normally. Could you check whether the shared outbound IP used by my server is being rate limited or blocked by Cloudflare when accessing Discord's API? Please advise on resolving this.

The header indicates roughly 19 hours remaining when that response was received. 1. Stop restarting the bot while the limit is active; repeated attempts may prolong it. 2. Wait for the limit to clear, then start it once. Keep to one Discord bot per server. 3. If it continues beyond the indicated time, share the node name and the relevant console lines here, with tokens removed. Free servers can’t be moved to another node or assigned a new IP.
