What is the difference between the Premium plan and the discounted plan? Also, does the discounted plan reduce the likelihood of a "rate" (i.e., a rate limit or restriction)?

If you mean the discounted yearly Discord plan , it runs on budget Xeon hardware rather than the regular EPYC hardware. It has higher WebSocket latency (about 130 ms vs. 35 ms) and slower support. The discount doesn’t mean fewer features are guaranteed beyond those differences. It also doesn’t guarantee fewer Discord rate limits . Rate limits depend on Discord and the server’s outbound IP; premium infrastructure can help, and Wispbyte can replace a rate limited IPv4 for premium servers, but no plan guarantees immunity. Alright, will I have access to the premium servers if I purchase the discounted plan?
