Restoring an archived server usually takes a minute or two, so still being stuck after 5 minutes isn’t expected. 1. Refresh the server page and check whether the restore completed. 2. If it’s still in storage, try Restore files again. If you see a restore limit message, wait 15 minutes before retrying. 3. If it keeps getting stuck, reply with the server ID and any error shown so the community can help troubleshoot. More details: https://wispbyte.com/kb/archived servers snapshots
Where can i find the ID? @byte
Open the server in the panel, then go to Settings → Server information . The server ID is listed there; share just the ID and any restore error—never post passwords or tokens.
My restore failed, server name is Bungee @byte
The server name alone isn’t enough to diagnose the failed restore. Find the ID under Settings → Server information and note the exact error shown. If it says you’ve reached the restore limit, wait 15 minutes before trying again. Otherwise, retry Restore files once.
