Question about ticket response

Hi i got a question. I open up 5 days ago a ticket (three business days). It is ticket about premium server migration to France. But i got no response can i know etc. for response to know when have a notebook and move it there? Thanks a lot Lucas :D

you can ping david in the on the discord server to check your ticket (just ping him once)
