Premium bot doesn't stop help

I need to stop my discord premium bot that I can't pay anymore but it says suspended but the bot still online and cant stop it. Can someone tell me how to stop it or even cancel the service? Its still online and working in discord, I dont know why it doesnt let me stop it or even access to delete it.

Uh, I dont think so. It is like that for 2 days ago... unless the maintenance started 2 days ago. Idk

You can just reset your bot's token if you think that it's still running on Wispbyte, however a suspended server can't be running.
