Python telegram bot

Hello, I want to learn to code telegram bot using python and I need a free hosting service. I found this website as an ideal place to host my little project. I uploaded my python code which worked in my localhost but is not working in the hosting service. It’s asking for a telebot package and I don’t even know what it is. I’ve tried to include it but I am doing something wrong. Can you please help me to host my telegram bot?
