Paid but still on Free plan – DISCORD Special Tier 1

I purchased and paid for DISCORD Special Tier 1 (€3.99/year, 0.5GB RAM / 5GB NVMe), but after logging in my account/panel still shows as Free. The paid plan has not been activated. Please check my order and enable the corresponding service.
