Stoping bot

I don't understand why, but the bot stops. At first, it was once every half hour, now that I optimized the bot, it's now once a day. But the percentage at which it shuts down is 20 25%, and today it's only 15%.

servers are limited to average 15% of CPU on the long run, but it's the average usage in specific time period, it doesn't get instantly stopped
