Unable to connect

Hi everyone, my Discord bot is currently unable to connect to Discord from my Wispbyte server. The bot itself starts correctly, but the connection to Discord gets blocked. A direct request to the Discord API returns: HTTP Status: Cloudflare Error: Retry After: Cloudflare Ray ID: The bot gets as far as and then hangs because Discord/Cloudflare is blocking the connection. Has anyone experienced this on Wispbyte before? Could this be caused by the shared outgoing IP/node being rate limited by Discord? If so, is there a way to move the server to another node/IP? Thanks for any help.
