Port issue

Hi, what exactly is the port issue. And for premium servers i recommend making a ticket rather than a forum post to get dedicated support.

Hello noone! Thanks for the answer. I'm writing here because I have a premium fivem server and only have 1 port available. However, a fivem server requires 1 port for the server itself and another for the tx admin page. And I'm limited to 1, which is quite a big problem with a fivem server and that's why I wrote the ticket. I also asked on discord what to do in the morning, the owner helped there, but I looked up discord again and saw that "don't post on discord, the forum is here for these things" the forum is quite interesting in this regard, no one answers the ticket saying there is an open time. That's why I wrote here and it's my fault.

And the number i wrote at the end thats my ticket numer.

I bought the middle premium server service at 3am today but I still haven't been able to start it at all because they didn't add database access at first. My server had 0 databases assigned and now only one port, so my fivem server needs at least two.
