@byte I already reset the startup command to Default and checked the Files page. Neither .npm nor node modules was visible. The same error still occurs: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/home/container/.npm' I also previously tried using /tmp/vyntra npm cache, but npm then failed with: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/home/container/node modules' This happens before Vyntra's code starts running. Please escalate this to support staff and investigate the ownership and write permissions of /home/container. Node.js version: 22.23.4 Node name: [YOUR NODE NAME] Support tag: [YOUR SUPPORT TAG]

This is a container file permissions issue, not a Vyntra code error: npm can’t write to either or , so never gets installed. Resetting Startup won’t fix ownership, and you can’t repair it with from the container. 1. If this is a premium server, open a ticket at https://wispbyte.com/client/tickets and include the actual node name , support tag, and this log so staff can investigate the permissions. 2.
