Server loop

My server is stuck in a starting loop. The console repeatedly says “Server marked as starting” and “Your server is currently starting! Enjoy using Wispbyte,” but it never becomes online. Uptime, CPU, and RAM remain offline. This repeats about every 70 seconds. it keeps looping with this in the Console: Your server is currently starting!
