Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Yesterday, during the update, I turned off my server to change my .py file on a purchased server. Since then, it no longer appears. There is no trace of it. Everything has disappeared, including my premium offer. What do you think? Thank for your retourn.

Yes, this is a paid subscription (€11 per year), and my premium account has even disappeared. However, the purchase is still showing in my history. I have opened a ticket and attached screenshots.

not really, we haven't had such cases before, but you should wait for response in ticket now, they can see your billing account and data
