Unable to create discord.py server

I've been trying to create a free server since 6 hours ago, however every time I do so, the error of "User not found on free panel. Please contact support." appears. I was assuming it was due to maintenance but it doesn't seem to be the case as updated through the Discord server. Any help would appreciated, thank you. 😊

That error points to your account not being recognized by the free server panel, not to or an active maintenance notice. Log out, sign back into the client panel, and try creating the server once more. If it still appears, contact support at https://wispbyte.com/support and include the exact error and your account email privately—don’t post account details here.
