Why was my server suspended?

Server: Respawn My server has suddenly been suspended with the message "Server suspended — policy review required" and says it was suspended for breaking the Terms of Service. I was running a Node.js Discord bot on the server. The server was previously working normally. Could you please tell me which specific activity or TOS rule triggered the suspension and review the suspension? Literally all the bot is does is basically post random facts of the day and my server stats. Node: FREE EU RO 47
