VIDEO-BOT server stuck on starting

My free server VIDEO BOT is permanently stuck on “Server marked as starting”. I tested the startup with a simple Python command: print("TEST RUNNING") But even this command never executes and no Python output appears. CPU/RAM/Uptime remain Offline. I also tried Reinstall Server, but it gives “Failed to reinstall the server”. Node: FREE EU RO 48 Support tag: b886b320 Please check the server/container and help me get it started.
