System Falsely Reporting As Storage Full

I was working on my website until the server reported that the disk is full, but when I checked I have around 1 Gigabyte and 1 MegaByte left. (1001MB) I was confused, I tried everything but nothing worked, please help :( The Cannot Find Module DotENV is when the server tried to download but it can't as it blocked because it said full disk.
