Repeated Hosting Downtime and Maintenance Issues – Unacceptable Service Reliability

Posted by user_fk5m3o in discord-bots.

Hello, Honestly, the current situation has become completely unacceptable. The hosting service keeps going offline or entering maintenance, causing constant issues and repeated downtime for my bot. I rely on your hosting service to keep my bot running smoothly, but it seems like every few days something goes wrong. Sometimes the server goes offline, sometimes maintenance takes place, and other times the control panel becomes unresponsive. I understand that technical issues and maintenance can happen, but this frequency is simply unreasonable. I shouldn't have to constantly worry about my bot going offline because of hosting problems. Please explain why these interruptions keep happening and, more importantly, provide a permanent solution rather than simply asking users to wait and try again later. I expect a reliable hosting service, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and work towards improving the stability of your platform. Thank you.

The current interruption matches scheduled maintenance: security updates are being installed on free nodes, and each node will restart once. Your server may be offline for about 15–30 minutes during the maintenance window. This explains the current disruption, but doesn’t by itself explain any separate outages outside that window. Check https://wispbyte.com/status for updates. If your server keeps going offline after maintenance ends, share the node name, support tag, and console output from pressing Start until it stops (remove any tokens). Free server support is also available on the Wispbyte Discord.

Honestly, this is unacceptable. We rely on your hosting service because we have a great deal of trust in your platform. However, these repeated outages and maintenance interruptions are becoming far too frequent. You need to understand that customers depend on your service, and constantly having our servers go offline is frustrating and disruptive. If this continues, many users will eventually lose confidence in Wispbyte and move to other hosting providers that offer better stability and reliability. We genuinely want to continue using your service, but we also expect the reliability and quality that made us trust Wispbyte in the first place. Please take this issue seriously.

We're taking this as seriously as you want. If you want, go to another service, get hacked for them not updating their kernel. Good luck! :)

If the 99.8% uptime in the past 30 days is not enough for you, seriously, stop using Wispbyte.
