means the app exited with an error; means this message doesn’t indicate a RAM issue. The actual cause should be in the console lines before the crash notice. 1. Start the server once and copy the console output from startup through the crash, with any tokens removed. 2. Include the runtime and startup file shown under Startup , plus the node name and support tag from the panel. 3. Check that the startup file exists and the required packages are installed. See Server Won’t Start or Connect.

The node is online, and this output still doesn’t show the crash cause: it stops during package installation, just before Python runs the file set in . 1. Copy the remaining console output after the package list , especially any or error lines through the crash. Redact tokens and secrets. 2. Check Startup → Python File points to a file that exists in the server’s root folder. still points away from a RAM crash.
