Dicord Bot Stuck On Connecting

Discord bot is not responding. The bot starts logging in, but after some time the login/connection fails and the bot stops working. I have checked the bot token and the code, but it still keeps failing. Could someone please help me identify why the bot is failing to connect and how I can fix it?
