ENOSPC error despite only 12 MB / 1024 MB disk usage

My free Discord bot server reports only 12 MB / 1024 MB disk usage , but fails with: I already deleted and the cache. I can manually create and delete folders inside , but during it starts creating dependencies and then fails with ENOSPC. The server reports: Disk: 12 MB / 1024 MB Out of memory: false Exit code: 228 Could this be an inode/file count limit, container filesystem issue, or problem with the node?
