This is Cloudflare error 1015: Discord is rate limiting the shared outbound IP used by your free node. It’s usually not a bug in your command. 1. Wait for the limit to clear; repeated restarts can prolong it. 2. Make sure there’s only one Discord bot running in this server. 3.
