Server IP being blocked by Cloudflare (Error 1015) when calling Discord API

Hi Wispbyte Support, My hosted app is unable to reach Discord's API — requests are being blocked at the Cloudflare edge with Error 1015 ("You are being rate limited"), not a normal Discord rate limit response. This is happening on the server side OAuth token exchange call to https://discord.com/api/v10/oauth2/token, which is core functionality for my app (Discord account verification/linked roles). My application itself is not making an unusual volume of requests — this looks like it's related to my server's outbound IP (or the wider IP range/datacenter it belongs to) being flagged due to other traffic, not traffic from my app specifically. Could you please: 1. Check whether the outbound IP(s) assigned to my instance are currently flagged by Cloudflare against discord.com, and if so, escalate or request an exclusion. 2. Let me know if it's possible to get a dedicated or less shared outbound IP for my service, since this is a recurring risk on shared IPs. 3. Advise if there's anything on my end I should change, though I want to flag this looks like an infrastructure level IP reputation issue rather than something caused by my app's request volume.
