Hi, I want to host a Python Telegram bot that creates ZIP files. Does the Discord Tier 1 plan (€1.49) support Telegram bots? Does it have any CPU usage limit or automatic server suspension policy? The plan lists 1 vCore (100%) and 512 MB RAM. Thank you.
