Upgrade to Tier 0.01 — migrate existing server?

Hi, I have a free server (support tag: 620c3a2d) and I want to upgrade to the Tier 0.01 yearly plan. If I buy it, can you migrate my existing server to the paid plan, or do I have to set it up again from scratch and re upload my files? Thanks.
