Bot Lag and crashing and reboot issue

Hi Wispbyte Team + Community, Just wanted to share my experience and ask for clarity. My bot was running fine this morning and booted clean at 8:50am with no errors. Then around 12:48pm we had a panel disconnect, followed by "Connection error: Access denied to this server" at 12:58pm. As of now 13:03+, the node is back online but very slow. Panel response was 3006ms, now ∼190ms, but Crash Detector still shows "HIGH RISK". The main website is also taking ∼15 seconds to load. I understand today has been rough with the grid issues and recovery. I’m on the free tier so I can’t open a ticket, which means I don’t have a way to get direct updates. Could we get an official update on: 1. Free node status Are we in a queue or limited mode while premium recovers first? 2. ETA for stability Should we expect more "access denied" / lag while things stabilize? 3. Best practices Is it safer to keep bots online or take them down until you say "all clear"? I’m not complaining, just trying to plan around it. I have 320k users relying on the bot and want to avoid making things worse for the host. Thanks to the Wispbyte team for working on this. I know outages are tough. Any update for free users would be really appreciated.
