Server issue: My bot always gets "too many requests" - if I host it locally on my Laptop this error does not occur!

Hi, and sorry for the long title, but since days I cannot use my discord bot hosted on Wispbyte (Free Tier) anymore. It starts normally and also successfully connects to Discord. But whenever I use any of the commands my bot is offering it crashes raising the error "Too many requests". But this cannot be caused by my bot itself since whenever I run it locally on my Laptop it works perfectly fine! Same sources, same environment, smae everything! So what is wrong here in particular? Is the issue with Wispbyte servers being shared amongst many different bots from different users but Discord counts them all together? At least after testing it locally I can rule out the possibility that the problem is with my bot. So any proposal how I can solve the problem? Thank you in advance!
