Is Telegram monitoring with Telethon allowed on the free plan?

Hello! I would like to confirm whether your free Python hosting allows a Telegram monitoring script using Telethon. The script connects to my own Telegram account through a saved user session, monitors new messages in Telegram groups I have joined, filters messages by keywords, and sends matching notifications to my private Telegram group through a Telegram bot. It does not interact with Discord or send spam. Is this type of Telegram user session monitoring allowed under your "no selfbots" policy? Can it run 24/7 on the free plan, with persistent session files between restarts? Thank you!

Wispbyte supports Telegram bots, but that doesn’t confirm that automating a personal Telegram account with a Telethon user session is allowed. The “no selfbots” policy may apply, so please confirm with the team on the Wispbyte Discord before running it. You can also review the Fair Use Policy. Free servers can run 24/7, provided you log in to the client panel at least once a month. Files in your server directory normally persist across restarts, so a Telethon session file can persist there—but treat it like a password: keep it private, never upload it publicly, and don’t put it in a public GitHub repository.
