Discord API Rate Limit / Cloudflare Block on Server IP

server :FREE EU RO 21 Hello Wispbyte Support Team, I am opening this ticket regarding a connection issue with my Discord bot hosted on my server (IP: 78.154.103.26 ). When the bot attempts to log in and connect to Discord's API, it immediately fails and crashes with a Cloudflare rate limit error (HTTP 429 / Cloudflare Error 1015: You are being rate limited). I have audited my code to ensure there are no infinite loops or rapid automated requests causing this from my side. Additionally, I have kept the server completely stopped for over 30 minutes to let any temporary rate limits expire, but the issue persists upon restarting. It appears that the outbound IP address of this node is currently blocked or heavily rate limited by Cloudflare/Discord API, likely due to shared traffic on the same IP. Could you please check the network status of this node or assist me in migrating my server / changing the outbound IP address? Thank you for your support.
