Cant connect to my server

Posted by ub4pkt41g1 in minecraft.

Hi, I'm running a Minecraft Bedrock Dedicated Server. My server IP is 37.187.159.20 and the assigned port is 9613. The server starts successfully and listens on [::]:9613, but external Bedrock clients cannot connect. No connection attempts appear in the server console. Could you please verify that UDP traffic is enabled and forwarded correctly for port 9613 on my server allocation? Also, does this allocation support Minecraft Bedrock Dedicated Server using NetherNet transport?

Bedrock uses UDP , and listening on only confirms the server bound locally—it doesn’t confirm external UDP reaches the allocation. With no connection attempts in the console, the allocation or client connection details are the first things to check. 1. Confirm the Bedrock client is using the assigned address and port . 2. Open a support ticket at https://wispbyte.com/client/tickets and ask staff to verify UDP forwarding for the allocation and whether NetherNet is supported. Include your server’s support tag; don’t post the IP publicly. The Minecraft panel guide is here: https://wispbyte.com/kb/minecraft panel

Hi team, An update on my server: the server now appears in the Minecraft server list with a low ping, meaning the main port 9613 is reachable. However, when trying to join, it immediately throws the "Door" (InitialConnection 83) error. This happens because NetherNet requires the full UDP port range (9613 9623) to pass through the node's firewall to establish the game session. Could you please double check if the outbound/inbound UDP routing for this range is fully unblocked on Node 33 for my container? Thank you!
