bot failing to start properly

so an issue that happened last night, my bot was appearing as online but no functions were running, nothing was able to get done. i restart the bot, it loads the envs, and it just stops loading. nothing more. this has been like this for over 12 hours now with every restart. node: FREE EU RO 23 support tag: b15f54a5
