The panel daemon (wings) on node appears to be desynced or unresponsive, accompanied by severe host-level CPU or disk I/O contention.

Symptoms:Panel Disconnection: The console is stuck on "Connecting to console... Your server is still running" and all stats (Uptime, CPU, Memory, Disk) display as "Offline." File Manager Unreachable: Opening the file manager displays "Failed to load files. Please refresh the page." Container Status: The underlying Docker container is still active and connected to Discord. Host Latency Spikes: While Discord Gateway WebSocket latency is normal ( 154ms), bot Interaction Round Trip (IRT) has spiked past 3400ms, causing interaction timeouts on Discord. Troubleshooting Done:Refreshed browser sessions and confirmed the bot container is operational, pointing to a host level issue rather than a container crash. No stop or restart commands have been issued to avoid queuing stuck commands.

Files have loaded, Attempting server restart. No changes made my side, No updates given to me that anything else has changes. Possible downtime? This is my first wispbyte server
