Cannot restore archived server (mosko Systeme 3) - Node 78.154.103.10 full disk

Hello Support Team, I am trying to retrieve my archived server "mosko Systeme 3", but the restoration process fails every time with the following error: "SFTP upload failed: SFTP upload stalled — no progress for 120s (node 78.154.103.10:2022 may have a full disk, dropped the connection, or Wings is unresponsive)" It seems node 78.154.103.10 has a full disk or Wings is stalling during the archive extract process.
