I cannot delete my server nor my account, what do I do?

When I try to delete server, it wants me to download it again, but the downloading it fails and writes "SFTP upload failed: SFTP upload stalled — no progress for 120s (node 78.154.103.9:2022 may have a full disk, dropped the connection, or Wings is unresponsive)", also when i try to delete my account, it doesn't work, it doesn't kick me out or everything, the account still exists, and when i tried relogin it still exists.
