Start/Stop/Restart/Kill buttons doesn't work files doesn't show up

I don't have any physical images to show that buttons doesn't work but it definitely doesn't work, I've been trying to access my files since yesterday since there were a lot of vulnerability issues on my bot, but I can't even see them, its been 24 hours since the last downtime, and the discord server said everything should be going fine now, but it's not, I've also tried talking to other users and some say they experience the same thing.
